At Leaning Maple Meats, established in 1999, we pride ourselves on quality custom meat processing. We operate a health inspected meat processing plant 5 miles outside of Strasbourg, Saskatchewan, Canada.
Besides custom cutting beef, pork, lamb and wild game, Leaning Maple Meats produces a wide variety of meat products. We make seven types of fresh sausage, five types of smoked sausage, as well as pepperoni and salami. We will custom make sausage with your secret family recipe, and we smoke our own hams, bacon and jerky on site.
We carry a wide range of products for hotels and restaurants from top quality fish to steaks cut to suit your particular needs, at very competitive prices.
